The hotel had a friendly atmosphere and a lovely pool, making it feel welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. some areas felt a bit outdated, and the decor could use a refresh. it was a pleasant visit, and the staff were very helpful.

I loved how easy it was to reach the stunning Lower Gardens within a 10-minute walk, and I really enjoyed the short stroll to Bournemouth Beach where I could relax and take in the views. it was a bonus that the staff were friendly and the room was clean with all the basics covered for a comfortable stay. Single travelers can appreciate the central position for both relaxation and exploration but the floors in the building were quite creaky at times.

If you're scouting the local food scene, grab a buttery croissant from Steam Vintage Tea Rooms or try the hearty vibes at Koh Thai Bournemouth. Both spots add a real flavor twist to Bournemouth! The Superior King Room I booked was spacious and had a comfy king-size bed, too.

But let’s be honest, when I stepped in, it felt a bit dated. The curtains and a few stains here and there on the carpet gave it a worn vibe. Not ideal, but it still had its own charm somehow.

I loved the amazing breakfast – kippers and fresh fruit! The pool was a nice, refreshing bonus, and the room was clean and tidy, even better than the pictures showed. I'd definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a fab 2-night stay! Our room was clean and the bathroom was pretty nice too. Pool was great, just don't expect a warm jacuzzi! The staff were super friendly, really made us feel welcome. One thing tho, the walls are kinda thin, can hear everything from the halls.
